Featuring 80 thoughtfully curated recipes, the book explores how historical trade routes, immigration and colonial pathways have shaped the way we cook and eat today.
Flavours Without Borders is a produce-led cookbook where each ingredient takes centre stage, celebrated through three distinct cuisine styles. This trio of recipes unravels the story of culinary osmosis, showcasing how the exchange of cultures and ideas has shaped the way we cook and eat today. From the kitchens of Porto to the flavours of Panaji, Persia, and Palmyra, this book takes you on a captivating culinary journey around the globe.
